Statuses
Every organization carries two chips: may you use the platform, and how you are billed. They change independently.

Access
| Chip | Meaning | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| In review | We are reviewing a new organization — usually within a day. Clusters and deploys open after approval. | Everything that does not start an operation. How approval works. |
| Active | Everything works. | Everything your role allows. |
| Suspended | Access is off — usually an unpaid invoice. Your resources stay in place. | Read, pay, talk to support. Changes are refused. |
| Archived | Closed. The owner can restore it for 30 days. | Read. |
Billing
| Chip | Meaning | What follows |
|---|---|---|
| Trial · 12d | You are evaluating; the chip counts the days left. | No invoices. Three days before the end a strip asks you to pick a plan. |
| Not billed yet | Billable, nothing invoiced yet. | Your first invoice comes on the next billing day. |
| Paid | Invoices are current. | Nothing. Enjoy it. |
| Overdue | An invoice is past due — see Unpaid invoices. | Act now: an overdue organization can be suspended. |
Where you see them
On the Overview header (both chips), in the switcher and in Your organizations (only what needs attention), and as a strip on top of every page when something blocks you:
- In review · clusters and deploys open after approval — with Finish setup.
- Suspended · read-only · your resources are kept — with Contact support.
- Invoice overdue · amount · days · suspends on a date — with Pay now.
